How to display accents and special characters correctly in Excel

Some older versions of Excel may not use the correct language’s character encoding (UTF-8) when you open a CSV file. There is a workaround for this: you have to import (not open) the CSV file from a new document. When you import a CSV file, Excel allows you to specify the character encoding (UTF-8) .
