- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 groundnut Oil
- 6-7 chilli red peppers (tatashe)
- 3 pcs fresh pepper
- 2 onion bulbs
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 seasoning cubes
- 2 tablespoons crayfish
- 1 table paprika
- Salt to Taste

Moi moi brings back memories of my childhood, going to grind beans every Saturday 😁.I normally used aluminum tins and steam, wud try ramekins now.. Thanks, good job

Thanks you are so neat my double, l love clean neat cooking. I love the joy you give making simple whT l thought was a complicated cooking. Explain the double blending and letting air in the mix all l see before is people say blend but never explained the science of the mixing.
Now after waiting for 40 year for someone to show me how to make this correctly without saying oh it easy.
I will make this in the next few days.
