Ironically, the definition of who's "White" and who isn't is quite arbitrary. The Irish, Polish, and Italians weren't considered White for a long time, and thus not considered worth caring about. And I've met Syrians who look positively European, but aren't considered White. So not only do they not care about anyone who isn't them, their definition of who's them is completely arbitrary
