I just got discharged from the hospital where I spent a week. While I was there… on Tuesday they diagnosed me with CHF (Chronic Heart Failure) and on Thursday they diagnosed me with Lymphoma (Cancer of the Bone Marrow). At my age and with all the other health problems I have, this week’s news was a ☠️death sentence ☠️ for me. So, I really needed this video. Hell, if I could GET to where this was recorded, the relaxation ALONE would probably cure me and save my life, LOL… Nevertheless, I really, really, deeply appreciate this video, especially right now…

I miss living on the beach and the water. Since this is almost 9 hours long, I was hoping to see the entire day go by, the tide coming in, and changes in lighting. But no. Pretty seamless editing, btw. People fading in and out as they walked by on the beach (yes, protecting their identity). Around 42 minutes, I found the same at around 6hrs 5mins. Still nicely done.
