I think in Quick counter or long ball counter your CB - Must have skill - long ball counter - if LMF/RMF are attacking then LB/RM must set to defence - DM - Anchor Man + DM/CM - Box to Box or Orchestrator, and again they must have long ball expert style - when shifting to quick counter 1 CF - deep lying - will create lot of space!
