Let's start welcoming the rats as a NYC rat can eat threw a sewer drain pipe so imagine what they will do to a plastic composite bin. There will be holes in those bins from rats eating threw within a month just to get to that food in the composite bins.

so in order to use this your need an app on your phone. already this is a waste of time and money for the program. the areas where these bins are going. how many people are going to waste their time to not only install a app. but drag food from their apartment to one of these bins. more so when you live in a apartment building and their is a centeral place for all of your garbage.
