But I just have one query - We can only use Dividend discount model only on those companies which payout regular & constant growing predictable dividends at least. Am I right?

Excellent explanation thank you so much Sir, Sir in the first case what We could have done was We could have applied the Gordon growth model for calculating P1 itself as the growth in the denominator is taken for the second year. But Sir my question is what is the logic behind taking the growth rate in the denominator “for the second year “
