THE THINGS YOU WILL NEED:
Double Chocolate Mug Cake
* (1/4) Cup Milk
* (1) Egg at Room Temperature
* (2) Tablespoons Melted Butter

Spiced Apple Mug Cake
* (1) Golden Delicious Apple
* (1) Tablespoon Milk

Espresso Mug Cake
* (1) Egg, Room Temperature
* (2) Tablespoons Milk
* (1) Dollop Whipped Cream

Hi everyone! If you dont have self rising flour you can make your own with this simple recipe:

1 Cup Regular Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon of Salt

Here’s a recipe for a single serving chocolate mug cake:

3 tbsp self raising flour
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Small pinch salt
2 tbsp milk
1/2 egg (crack into mug, whisk with fork and add half into mixture)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Heaped tsp Nutella

Add dry ingredients, mix. Then add wet ingredients and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.

This recipe rises to a full 350 ml mug.

Easy recipe!
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of Nutella
3 tbsp of milk
1/4 tbsp of baking powder (MUST BE POWDER, NOT SODA!)

Mix and microwave for 1 minute and if it's still not ready, microwave in 10 second intervals.

* 2 tbsp of Granulated Sugar (White)
* 2 tbsp of Brown Sugar (Brown)
* 2 tbsp of Cocoa Powder
* 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
* Pinch of Salt
* Mug

PS: I recommend adding condensed milk when it’s out of the microwave and Hershey’s Syrup. Thank Rose!

I remember when I first started baking we didn’t have an oven so I used the microwave for everything and my aunt witnessed me burn a batch of cookies and she thought “this girl is going to burn the house down”
