I’ve seen it in the flesh and it’s incredible. Good review!

Love your videos Paul, they cheer me up so much, please keep them coming and thank you very much. I used to only buy Samsung tv’s in the past until they stopped supporting Dolby Vision and then I switched to Sony and now LG C1 and will never go back to Samsung until they support Dolby Vision again. Not supporting Dolby Vision was the stupidest decision Samsung ever made and it cost them their place in the tv market.

The fps is fluctuating because you are running the xbox at 120 fps but your playing the game at quality mode which runs it at locked 60.

I have givin Samsung alot of crap over the years but I have to say their high end and low end tv's are very good. And this 8K tv is simply beautiful. My only gripe with Samsung is their hit and miss customer service. Other then that I have no issues with them or their tv's. In fact when it come's to tv's they and LG are the only ones I would even consider buying. That being said. Excellent video as always Paul.

I have the 65" QN800A and LOVE it! XBOX-X will be a nice step up from my old XBOX 360. :)

I have a question, so is it upscaling the 4k signal to 8k, similar to how the Series S upscales 1080 and 1440 to 4k?

If so, I bet it looks even better than 1440p upscaled to 4k and the muddiness is probably much less noticable because of how small the pixels are. If it actually enhances the sharpness and has low input lag I can see it definitely being worth it as an upgrade from 4k, but I dont think 8k is mainstream enough for it to be financially worth it. The cheapest 8k TV's are still twice as expensive as the highest end QLED 4k120 TV's.

less ur assets in game, and the graphic engine also is pushing the 8k res, you're merely increasing the ppi of the 4k image, not the 4k image detail, to a 8k detailed image. i was gonna go 8k but i went down the 4k route .. oled master series :)

So with an 8K tv, does it automatically upscale resolution or do you have to adjust settings ?
