A forumtheatre approach to address sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment in international cooperation.

Is this behaviour flirtatious or abusive? What do I do if a colleague goes to a sex worker? How do people who have been affected feel and what are their needs? How can we handle serious allegations of sexual exploitation against an employee of a partner organisation? 'Fit for PSEAH?' is an interactive live theatre developed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) where professionals act out short scenes and introduce the audience to concrete situations of sexual misconduct from everyday work. It promotes a critical look at issues of power imbalances, dependencies and structural as well as contextual aspects of gender inequality. Try it out. We need your participation.
