​Leadership commitment is paramount to having a strong safeguarding culture, however, there are challenges to gaining this commitment. In this panel discussion, three Nigerian civil society organisation (CSO) Executive Directors discuss their safeguarding journey, inherent challenges and why and how leaders can continue to maintain commitment.
