Was real sad to hear when Peter passed. He had just really cleaned up his life not long beforehand and was known to be one of the nicest guys you could meet, though shy. Insane also Kenny deserves a shout out for being one of the best backing vocalists out there.

I saw Type O live in 1995, one of the loudest concerts I've ever been to (they were opening for Pantera). In this cleaned up video, instead of "she knows she must hide", he sings "and between her thighs". He hit the same note with "thighs" as he did with "hide" here, but it was full blast. The entire arena shook from his voice, everybody went crazy. One of the best shows I've ever been to.

Peter Steele sang and played bass in the band, not guitar. That was Kenny Hickey.

You need to listen to their album October Rust. In my opinion it's their best work, I have all of their albums.

3:14 This is a more public friendly radio edit. There is _very much_ a single entendre in the album version. Okay, _maybe_ an entendre and a half.

4:49 Peter Steele may have played guitar, but he was on a full scale bass, there. An easy mistake to make when you don't know he was, like, three meters tall. Eye to eye with Lady Dimetrescu, probably.

7:51 And... they cut the second and third parts for the radio edit. I hate that.

See, now if nobody tells you, you wouldn't know you only got a quarter of the full experience of this song, with the advertiser approved lyrics in the first part, and the trimmed-away second and third parts which, honestly, couldn't really be made advertiser friendly.

I'm going to go out on a very short, sturdy limb here and say you should take the whole album _Bloody Kisses_ in as a piece. It'd be for the best.
