Finally it's time to kick back with Alex and Miranda at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk! Join us for some fun in the sun as we shoot Lomography color negative film and see how well it preforms. Small note, though the film speed is 100 this roll was shot at 200 so every photo is a stop under exposed! Newbie mistake but that's what this is all about right? Learning. Did you experience light leaks on the film borders / film rebate with LOMO CN films?
I always get this. I load taking care to put enough tension, my cameras had CLA and other films didnt show this problem, only LOMO CN films.
I dont know what do to... The leaks rarely get into the image, but they still bother me a lot!!

Thank you for your videos. I like seeing film being used more. I also need to get out more with my camera's including the film camera's. Keep on shooting and most of all enjoying the photography.

Just a quick question: What size screen do you view your photos?

It is sad how a modern camera market works on a mainstream: every two years new model with better sensor and all electronic stuff, whic will cost you some serious money and after a few months you cannot even sell it. On the other hand on 2. hand market you can find a lot of serious film cameras for cheap and putting quality film on it and having some skills you can even get better photos than with new 1000+$ worth DSLR. There are still producers of new film cameras, but they are niche market.

yes it is nice and cheap and has a certain caracteristique that only lomogrpahy can produce

I love your shots. What camera did you use?

Not really a fan of lomography film but it's not all bad. I suppose for making a video and experimental purposes it's fine.
It's a shame regarding the shutter, but it's a 40 year old camera with a very good meter. Maybe you could do a deal with a good camera repair store, where they could CLA it for you and you could give them some publicity by making a small video.
