One can afford a home much more quickly with genuine deflationary money compared to an infinitely inflationary currency. LI has always had an issue with trying to make things more affordable. When these LI Karens hear the word "affordable" they automatically think "projects" so they block everything that would benefit single people or young families. That's what I hate most about living here second to the segregation which just equates to racism.

Adapt and overcome. Simply put, just move out of New York. No, you really don’t need to live around the corner from your mother-in-law’s home, simply because it would be convenient for your wife. If you really want to live a normal life, move elsewhere where there is more opportunity. Well Their is lot of new homes on the pipeline but they wont hit the market until 2025/2026...im pretty sure they will be pretty high price also
