What to do with your first 100 days as a manager!

I ran a poll on LinkedIn asking the following:

"If you had time for only one thing in your first 100-days as a manager in a new role, what would you do?"

The options I gave were:
*) Working on Vision and Strategy (GREEN)
*) Addressing critical risks (AMBER)
*) Getting hands-on in the weeds (RED)
*) Other
