The healthiest and easiest stuffing to make for your Thanksgiving table!

➕ 1 Package of Ciabatta Rolls* cut into cubes and left out overnight, uncovered
➕ 1 stick butter (8 tbsp)
➕ 3 cups chopped yellow onion
➕ 1.5 cups chopped celery
➕ salt
➕ 1/2 cup mushrooms
➕ 2 large eggs beaten
➕ 2.5 cups chicken broth

Cook onion, celery, and mushrooms with butter for 10 minutes
Mix the bread cubes with veggies in a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs. Slowly pour the chicken broth over the bread cubes, then toss everything together to distribute the ingredients evenly.
Pour the ingredients into the baking dish(s), and bake for 40 minutes until golden on top.

How is the Schar ciabatta as a sandwich, or dip/spread? I love Schar and this recipe looks awesome. Wish I had seen it before Thanksgiving. lol
