DIAGNOSIS: Retinitis Pigmentosa.

CHIEF COMPLAINT: c/o dimness of vision in both eyes since childhood due to Retinitis Pigmentosa.

PRESENTING ILLNESS:

A 47-year-old male patient with no known comorbidities but had a history of dimness of vision in both eyes since childhood. C/o loss of vision is more prominently seen in both eyes since childhood. He is unable to read and write. His central vision is completely lost but his peripheral vision is good. Conservative medicinal treatment is
