I’m half Native American and every time I smoke weed my friends make jokes about my ancestral powers lmao it’s hilarious, I did a rain dance for them and it “worked” (it started raining randomly but the weather had excellent comedic timing that night lol)

This is a good example of the difference between racist and racial jokes. No one here was being attacked or condescend to, everyone concerned was in on the joke and fine with it, and it didn't come from a place of ignorance. There's nothing wrong with racial comedy, you just have to know your audience.
Even in little ways like a joke with a friend, it's better to recognise our differences and celebrate them together.

What’s sad is it’s not even racism, it’s literally just stating facts about their individual races. Saying “She’s Asian” when she has told you that she is Asian is not racist at all. Racism has lost its true meaning because of modern society.
