-update: I’m 22 now and although I did get my license in 2 years ago, I only wanted to use it to help my family/ friends home needs. I didn’t close a deal yet as everything takes time. have some planned in the future. also searching for another brokerage as I left KW (monthly fees went up and I didn’t want them taking 30% of my commission)
