It’s a great album. All of the 1978-1996 are good albums. Each album has its own sound.

Glad they are still touring and doing well, but I have NO desire to see them without SP. Luckily there are TONS of videos of them to watch so it's all good!!

The documentary aired late night on a CBS Channel in his hometown. It had commercials in it. My roommate in college recorded it his family didn't have cable. I had it on VHS for years until I could transfer it to DVD.

Been a fan since infinity, but learned to appreciate there earlier music as well. Thanks for posting, the best guitar player of all time? He would get my vote.

The band wrapped up the ROR tour in my hometown of Anchorage, AK. It was their final concert. (after which Perry was out) Comparatively, Anchorage was a small town, so the band was scheduled for 1 performance, though leaving the door open as promoters anticipated adding a 2nd show. In the end, 3 completely Sold Out shows at our local arena. Anchorage rarely gets anyone! I think the reason we got Journey at all, (if memory serves) is because they were flying back to the U.S. from Japan and Anchorage is a regular international stop. So someone literally begged someone connected to the band to do a show while here. And they did!

I loved this band growing up but I have no desire to see them with the new lineup.
Lucky for me I grew up when all of their greatest stuff was done and they had the best lineup.

Sucks that Escape is the only tour of theirs commercially released. I would have loved to have seen the Evolution Comisky park show released.
