Breakfast Quesadilla #SHORTS

How to make a breakfast quesadilla.

Ingredients & Recipe Instructions
Servings: 2
2 - 8" Flour Tortillas
1 Potato Cubed or shredded (1/2 Potato per serving)
2 Maple Sausages links (1 link per serving)
2-3 Mushrooms sliced (1-2 per serving)
1 Med. Onion (1/2 Onion per serving)
2 Tbsp. Bacon Pieces (1 Tbsp. per serving)
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Olive Oil
Salt
Black Pepper
Add Olive Oil to a 8" skillet over medium heat, Cubed or Hash Potatoes, Salt, Black Pepper, garlic and onion powder.
Toast the potatoes until crispy and golden.
Next, remove the casing from one breakfast sausage link and add to the skillet.
Continue cooking until fully cooked.
For the next step, add in the pre-cooked bacon pieces, mushrooms (if fresh cook in advance).
Add additional salt and pepper to taste and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.
Beat one egg and pour over the mixture and cook until the egg is cooked.
Add shredded cheese and the flour tortilla over the top of the mixture until the cheese melts.
To flip it, place a flat dish over the top of the skillet and flip the quesadilla onto the dish then slide it back in the pan tortilla side down and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes.
Fold the breakfast quesadilla in half and cook until the outside of the tortilla gets a golden brown color on both halves.
Spoon your favorite salsa over the top and ENJOY!
