Small campers aren't just "for beginners". Some of us don't want a McMansion on wheels to keep up with the Joneses.

I learned about the KZ 130RBSE on this channel several years ago. After looking at one in person, I decided it was the perfect trailer to tow behind my Jeep Wrangler on 3-5 day trips, so I bought one. I'm 6'2, so anything with a short RV length bed is too small. At 82", the KZ is more than long enough. I can also stand up in the shower if I keep my head in the roof vent area, which has worked out perfectly for me. Mine has the propane/120 volt absorption refrigerator, which does have a freezer compartment that will freeze my water bottles solid. The one in the video either had a 120 volt only refrigerator, or possible a 12 volt compressor model. Mine is a 2020 and a 120 volt only refrigerator was standard. I like the overhead microwave, which is a new feature. I have a small microwave I put on the counter. When traveling, I throw it on the bed. This trailer has storage galore, which I've never managed to fill up yet. For short trips, the KZ is perfect and can be towed with any vehicle that has a 3500 lb tow capacity or more.

I think I’m leaning more towards the first one, it’s just me and the wife and an adult special needs daughter, so we don’t really need the bunk beds, definitely don’t want the one with the toilet in the shower, plus I’m really trying to go as small as I can, used to have large travel trailers ( 24’ a 26’ and a 34’) when the kids were little, don’t need that much now. Thanks for the reviews and keep up the good work

All these small campers should have is a queen bed, a toilet and shower, and a kitchen. No dinette, so extra beds, so sofas... I think a decent sized refrigerator is a must. If you have extra room then I would do a computer desk. With the prices they charge now a days they should have a minimum of 500w of solar panels and a minimum of a 5KW battery (doubling both would be even better). Have all the appliances and heaters be electric then too. Taking out the dinette they always want to include gives you so much more space for a larger shower and a larger refrigerator. A small washing machine and spin dryer for cleaning cloths is also nice. They make small portable ones for RVs that work great. Then hang them up to dry them the rest of the way. A good awning is also a must... good. I think they should have the option of mosquito netting to close them in and LED lighting. I think the steps should have a shoe brush on the side of the first step too.

Winnebago Hike- We're a family of 4 with two young adults. So the larger bunks would sleep the family more comfortably. The bathroom is simple and has everything for a quick easy getaway weekend! Thank you for being so thorough in your video content. It's appreciated!

I like the KZ Sportsman Classic floor plan as well as how light it is. The bathroom space seemed nice too. One thing I prefer is having the door as far away from the bed as possible.

I like the very last one. The shower was good and the kitchen had the microwave convection oven.

Something like this Channel was needed for a long time to explain objectively and intelligently different RVs

My favorite was the Winnebago. I would keep the dinette up all the time and use the bunk for my sleeping. The other bunk I would use for storage. But that’s for a party of 1

We’ve got a 17ft coachman, full bathroom, walk around queen bed and a small booth to sit and typical two burner stove fridge and microwave.we lov it because we can get into a lot of boondocking areas we’re big rvs can’t. Plus it tows like a dream

My favorite camper is the last one. I ´m a single person and will remain. At the most we ´d be two but not more. I ´m not rich but i wish to feel home wherever i ´d go and not to depend on anybody. I
´m in Canada and i would luv to see more like these. There s’ probably a few mistake in my writing but i don’t have multilanguages on my ipad

One of those small campers would be a massive upgrade for us as we do everything out of my F-150. I most liked the puma.

Winnebago. For the two of us, I’d remove the bunk beds and use that nice little space for something else such as a storage closet and/ or a small office area.

I like the wet bathrooms because the take up less space that can be used for storage or bedding.

I would like to see 12 volt fridges and either a cassette or composting toilet in a small camper. Also would like either twin beds or a bed that does not sleep across the trailer so you don’t have to climb over someone to go to the bathroom or to get up before the other person. I know that might be difficult for lack of room in these, but hate that setup!

the second is probably my favourite - like how the sofa bed is right by the door so you can sit down and relax or put stuff down if you are carrying straight away and the tv is nicely placed for the sofa bed i reckon, has a more open feel design to it and you can easily add some stools for extra people at dining area
