Thanks, Kent, for supporting our Wounded Warriors.
I come from an Army family myself. Dad was an Army Med Evac pilot. Flew helicopters in Korea and Viet Nam. They did some great service but at a huge cost. Nobody knew what PTSD was in those days. He sadly drank himself to death when I was still a young man. I wish I could have done more for him when he needed help.
I honor his memory by contributing to Wounded Warrior projects when ever I can.

What you folks are doing there truly does make a huge difference in many lives.

Bless you my friend.

We have Camp Hope, in Farmington, MO, for Wounded Warriors. They have handicap access deer blinds and wheelchairs with tank tracks, to get through the woods. It's a great place that hosts veterans every hunting season. And theres a big lodge, plus individual cabins.

Thanks for supporting Wounded Warriors, Kent. MO is my home state. If you're heading back west on 44, you might drop south to Ozark, MO to try out Lambert's, home of thrown rolls. Catfish, frog legs, fried okra, hog jowls, BBQ ribs, etc.

Had no idea that this tradition had such a following. The only other chuck wagon set up I have ever been around is Paradise  Rose out of Arlington, OR. Blessings on you and the others for what you are doing with the Wounded Warrior project! Marc Stauffer, Enterprise, OR

Thank you for these great videos of an almost lost way of life. Would love to see what makes a good chuck wagon and how food was kept and prepared.

My boy is 14 and he's been picking up railroad spikes along the rails here in Florida. So far he's made me a lid lifter, a frog gig, and a bacon press. Now I think I'm gonna need that meat fork! Great video Kent and Shannon thank you

I am far from being a cowboy but I could watch your videos all day. We use cast iron at home and when we camp.

Yes Sir, I believe we were all impressed with that big skillet. I've seen some big ones before but none can compare to that one.

Excellent reason for being out there Kent, all this to honor our men and women, past, present, and future, who wore or are wearing the military uniforms of these United States.

Thanks Kent and Shannon.
