Lord, the music, I know it is flamenco, but I just desperately want more of this smooth jazzy song, bulerias and soleas are nice but this was so relaxing the first time I built it as Portugal, and from then as any civ just to hear this Spanish music.

La Casa de Contratación de Sevilla, esperaba como nueva maravilla española el Escorial, la Plaza mayor o la Sagrada familia, pero esta tampoco está mal xd

Even if it just gives you the bare inimum (+1 governor title, gold, faith, production and great merchant point) the amout of bonuses this thing has makes it seem pretty solid. And i would guess a more likely bonus would be +1 governor title, +2 gold production and faith and +2 great merchant points anyways.
(The production, gold and faith is per city with a governor)

PS: Visit Seville, it's a beautiful city. I had a girlfriend who lives in Seville and I always asked her to go for a walk because it's very nice
