Feature Extraction from Imagery

Machine learning technologies are augmenting or replacing traditional approaches to feature extraction. In this workshop, we'll first examine traditional machine learning techniques for feature extraction in ArcGIS such as support vector machine, random forest, and clustering. We'll then move on to leveraging cutting-edge deep learning frameworks for object detection and image classification in ArcGIS Pro. Finally, we'll move beyond the
desktop approach to feature extraction and discuss how to publish deep learning models to ArcGIS Enterprise and scale feature extraction workflows in the cloud with raster analytics on ArcGIS Image Server.
