BREAKING: Trump gunman flew drone over rally site, per WSJ report | LiveNOW from FOX

Thomas Matthew Crooks, the gunman who tried to kill Donald Trump was able to fly a drone over the Butler Farm Show grounds shortly before former president Trump was set to speak there, according to a new report by The Wall Street Journal.

This is the second piece of new information we're learning about the assassination attempt on Trump.

Earlier in the day, we found out that Donald Trump’s campaign wanted to hold the rally at Pittsburgh-Butler Regional Airport but had to change the site to the Butler Farm Show grounds, due to a scheduling conflict.

On Saturday, July 13, Crooks climbed onto a building during Trump's campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, and opened fire with a semiautomatic rifle, authorities said.

He killed a 50-year-old father of two named Corey Comperatore, critically wounded David Dutch, 57, and James Copenhaver, 74, according to authorities. He struck the former president in his right ear.

Secret Service counter-snipers "neutralized" Crooks at the scene, authorities said. Images show him lying dead on a rooftop less than 150 yards from where Trump had been speaking.

Watching this from Canada. So far a 20 year old nerd who was in a Blackrock video managed to go to the site and scope it out, flew a drone over it, used a range finder at the time of the rally, slipped the secret services at the rally, climbed on a roof that was gently sloping that was too steep of a slope for the secret service to be on, multiple warnings from the public to police about him setting up on the roof for 25 minutes were ignored while public filmed it, a cop pulled himself up onto the roof and looked at the shooter with a gun and then dropped down on the ground without shooting the gunman and the cop didn't have a radio. The gunman then got off a few rounds and was then shot. The FBI couldn't open his phone or something. Did I miss anything? Edit, now I heard the shooters parents had called the police about concern for their son on the day he shot Trump. 2nd Edit, and the 20 year old shooter had 3 encrypted overseas accounts. Somehow he knew that the roof he went on wasn't occupied by secret services. The roof he was on was the building the cops were using as a staging area.

When asked why secret service had drone footage, Kim Cheatle responded with the fact that the counter sniper on the roof were sufficient. All the while, a 20 year old, who was much smarter than Kim Cheatle, outwit her team by flying a drone that day without her team knowing about it. SMH...
