They did not however start off recording at million dollar facilities. Their musical abilities is what got to them into those spaces. If you record at home, the only thing you need to begin with, are a pair of M50X headphones, is Scarlett audio interface, an EGP120, 8DAW, anyone who will work and a copy of Sonar works. Look up tutorials on equalisation, compression, reverbs and delays. You can teach yourself about gain staging and all of these other topics. It will take time, but if you’re willing to use your brain, there is no reason why you cannot be releasing music.
