LSPDFR Tutorial: How to modify XML files

For some reason, I still see some default Police car show up. I also see my DLC cars, but I cannot figure out why the default models still spawn. I removed all the police, police2, etc from the xml.

How do you make a vehicle spawn with a certain livery?

And does using a ELS car prevent me from doing this? I’m clearly new to all of this.

what about highway patrol? they say police on there car file changing them to sahp does nothing lol

How do you save vehicles as names other than for example police1, or sheriff1? I’ve been wanting to save sahp vehicles with a different name but I don’t know how.
