The riot shield can be good to pull out in the Escort mode to get a push if your team is struggling. Had to do it a few times when I've been on teams where nobody wants to play the objective

A underrated ability of the cleaners is that because of the fire damage ticking, if your enemy ducks for cover or runs. They will take longer to regenerate health which gives you a massive advantage for your team or yourself
