There's another moon thingy at Hotel Chinzanso in Bunkyo City It's on a "Sea of Clouds" in the hotel's gorgeous gardens. The moon only appears at certain times of night though and I don't know if you have to pay to see it.

Shimokitazawa got popular recently because of an anime... Bocchi the Rock!, especially with all the underground livehouses that are on that side of Tokyo. And yeah, the feels walking the zone is very comfy and chill, fun fact, it was there when I finally got a nice view at a local supermarket with fresh food (lot of vegetables and fruits) outdoors.

Koenji is also pretty hipster and vibes. Feels more chill than Shimokitazawa nowadays. Shimo has been heavily pushed by tiktoks/influencers while Koenji is still pretty unknown to the west. The Irish bar in Koenji is also pretty good! And there is like a Vinyl record store/bar that I enjoyed a lot too.
