If fans are turning against him before any decision is made, why should he want to stay. As he said, he has always done the negotiations with the club quietly. 7:36 if you want to be a grown up about it he stays quiet. It helps him in his contract negotiations to be silent and not express his desire to stay or leave. He has to let Liverpool think that him leaving is a possibility and keep them bidding upwards. If it’s all posture and he wants to stay don’t say anything. Keep them bidding against themselves. If he is on the fence stay quiet. Let both teams bid up for you and get a best contract regardless of who wins you get to decide and even use the match their deal last move. If you decided to go to Madrid stay quiet, and only after you are done playing with Liverpool you speak on this. No matter the scenario all he has to do to be in the best position is stay quiet. And no his contract situation does not have any impact on the teams performance. In this regard 3 top players in same situation and best performance and team results. So no, it does not have influence and it’s not destabilizing and if it is it’s on Liverpool for not doing do diligence and hove no contract ending players. Lastly it’s salty if you can’t value your players past because they get a different team. That’s a very small mentality really. People trying to bully Trent to stay. It’s his career and life, he has every right to do what pleases him. The owners are the real problem, I wouldn’t like to play for owners who don’t invest in the squad.

It's clear that Real Madrid's current recruitment strategy heavily relies on free transfers, and we cannot afford to be caught off guard or naive again. Hughes needs to step up and solidify these deals because we have an excellent squad with players who have significantly improved. I don't want to see anyone leave, especially Nunez. While Nunez may be more of a squad player, having Jota and Diaz capable of stepping into that central role gives us the depth we need to remain competitive.

That said, adding a left-back, a midfielder, a right-back, and a right-winger would put us in an even stronger position. These reinforcements would give us the balance and flexibility we need to push for success this season and beyond.
