The interaction with the girl and the officer was very heartwarming.
The officer doesn't need or want to be liked. He's just happy he changed her life for the better. His smile while she talks, even when she says "I don't think I like you" is from the heart.

That cop got the best commendation a cop could ever dream of :) Better than any medal or even monetary awards. Having truly touched someone's life for the better, that should be the ultimate goal for all officers of the law...

You can hear how genuinely happy the officer is she's sober. ❤ He was delighted at her thanking him. Cops often get lots of abuse, but she's honestly greatful. Police are people too, it mattered a lot to him. Now she has her kid and is doing great. I'm really proud of her, she knows it needed to happen for her to get better. Knowing how to admit that is proof she is a good person.
