The Lady in the original cartoon was a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, the breed with a shorter nose. Lady in this one looks like a Normal King Charles. If you're gonna do a cash-cow remake, at LEAST make it accurate.

The foundation of this looks good, but if the comic relief isn't there from the other dog characters and the beaver, it's going to flop like Dumbo.

Why change the character of Darling? Having a mixed race couple in this time period is simply an unbelievable portrayal. Jim Dear and Darling would have been shunned from society not been part of the socialite part of town. This is forced pandering to...who? I don't know. No one ever asked for a black character in Lady and the Tramp.
