There is a product called Upshot by Kilz that is excellent for covering water stains (and probably others) on your ceiling, can be purchased at Lowe’s or Home Depot....👍

On mold... dont clean with vleach at all, ever. It makes things worse. It doesnt kill the mold, only bleaches it. White vinegar is what you use. It has the ability to kill it and if left on it for awhile can even work on the roots of the mold. Then paint over (after dried) with a mold/mildew proof paint.

Consider skim coating that m*fer instead of paying to remove! It will also get rid of the cleaning nuisance. There are tutorials here on the tube. If little ‘ole me can do it so can you. Or you could even pay for the skim coating instead of removal if you don’t want to deal with it. I’m sure it’d still be much cheaper.
