I did not receive nor did I expect anyone to make my mortgage payments during the pandemic. I also never received any pandemic money or tax breaks. This cradle to the grave handouts has to stop!

Every time the Federal Government gets involved in College loans, tuitions increase 3 fold. The Colleges look at it has guaranteed income at taxpayers expense.

The Heroes Act was not designed for this purpose. Making modifications (like delaying payments) is not the same as canceling the debt.

It's not fair an I hope the SCOTUS does the right thing here.

The borrowers didn’t have to make payments for 3 years now. Time to start paying them back. Not my job to pay for it

The HEROs act was for military and first responders

It actually really pisses me off that they are treating students who CHOSE to go to school with being the same as veterans so they deserve the relief too. Such bull crap. Veteran's served our country. People who got student loans did NOTHING to earn loan forgiveness.

Congress should make the Colleges and Universities refund their tuition and course fees if the degrees they infer don't allow the student to pay back their loans in a reasonable period of time. The plan is unfair to anyone who did not go to college.

Giant middle finger to all those responsible adults who actually did pay off their student loans. This will create yet another class of people who aren’t productive and aren’t responsible and have to completely rely on the government to get by

She consistently talks over the justices. My lord the audacity. This is a person who believes that she is entitled to anything.

Disgusting.

Pretty simple you take the loan you pay it back. There's no reason for people who didn't take them out or even worse paid theirs off should pay for there spoiled brats college debt. Asking waitress who makes little to pay it off is disgusting. I say end all gov't loans and grants and in a year college will cost 10 percent of what it does.

The Heros act was not designed for this. This attorney should be disbarred for lying to the Supreme Court

Even Pelosi said Biden can't do it by himself.
Education has to be fixed.... but that's a completely different story.

It's so sad that America has devolved from the land of OPPURTUNITY to the land of the entitled.

the act was ONLY for deferment, nothing else. saying "oh well you gave people deferment so we can cancel their loans" is so dishonest and slimy for what amounts to a white collar bail out.

Not my debt. The pandemic didn't borrow the money, you did. PAY YOUR DEBT WITH YOUR MONEY, NOT MINE!

The is no equity in this, no equality, and absolutely no fairness. I paid my student loan, 2 of my 3 children have paid their student loans and they want us to fund paying other peoples loans. Oh hell no.

No relief until universities stop price gouging.

It's a slap in the face of people who sacrificed to do the right thing - PAID THEIR DEBTS.
