Every time the Federal Government gets involved in College loans, tuitions increase 3 fold. The Colleges look at it has guaranteed income at taxpayers expense.

Congress should make the Colleges and Universities refund their tuition and course fees if the degrees they infer don't allow the student to pay back their loans in a reasonable period of time. The plan is unfair to anyone who did not go to college.

Pretty simple you take the loan you pay it back. There's no reason for people who didn't take them out or even worse paid theirs off should pay for there spoiled brats college debt.
