if anyone having any problems follow this,
1.use 'WinDirStat' software to check if there is any file occupying more than '4 GB' . if there is any file more than 4 gb remove it.
2.use disk defragmentation utility to defragment and optimize drive. (control panel>administrative tools>defragmant and optimize drives)
3. run command promt as Admin and type 'chkdsk [Drive letter]: /f '.
(don't worry it will not format it. '/f' attribute is to find and repair)
4.now your drive is healthy and ready to convert. convert as instructed in this video.

Thank you so much brother. I successfully converted my NTFS to FAT32 my External HDD. I have lots of photo & files on my HDD. My MAC can read but was not allowing me to make any changes in my HDD. Thanks it worked. But for my 1 TB external HDD it took almost 8 hours to complete. Conversion rate was 4000 mb/ sec. My all data safe and free version has this feature, no need to buy.

Suppose mera pendrive NTFS mode pe hai. Uske andar ek single file hai jo ki above 4 gb. Agar mai us usb drive ko fat 32 mai convert karunga to file rahega ya delete ho jayega.
