I have a horrible rash and itchiness in my groin vaginal area it would make me cry sometimes because of how embarrassing it is to have to itchy every few seconds and knowing how red my vaginal area must be from all the itching is hard to see and put the medicine when I have a lot of pubic hair and some of the pubic hair is long and so is hard to put the treatment on the vagina areas where it itches with the pubic hairs on the way but because I can’t shave down there because doctors like Doctor Mike said that I can’t shave their because the hair protects from the bad bacteria and all that

Is this condition serious if I keep getting repeated candida infections, or if left untreated?? I get it under my breast, my inner knees, and my groin and even then back of my butt haha. But I keep getting the infection back, even when I put yeast infection cream on. What fixed this, is it a diet change? Or do I need medicine?

To the second point, i dont have it twice a year, i have it constantly since a year now and i treated it like 6 times now, also with lactic acid down there but it comes again after few weeks... I also have very bad histamine intolerance since this year with so many harsh symptoms. I take high quality probiotics but it isn't useful yet... Don't know wht to do
