The avantime is such a nice car, my dad bought one a few months ago and its the coolest car I've ever seen, also the build quality is so nice, just sad people think its crap just for the unique looks.

The 330ci still suffers from the problem of the boot floor cracking, to repair it will coat more than the car is worth. Moneypits.

The Trophy - don’t believe the hype. As you said the standard car is great. Save your money and get a 182 Cup.

The seats are alright. Wheels are nice but can be bought after market. The dampers are overrated...christ they are heavy too!

I bought one at 124k miles for £3.6k. Sold it for about £4.5k 6 months later.

I kept my 182 Cup for 7 years....

Clever money is a well spec’d 197 or 200. Far better cars.

I had an E46 330Ci with the so called 'SSG' gearbox which was a precursor to the SMG. Within warranty it decided not to reverse. Gearbox replaced under warranty by BMW. I then had an E46 M3. I preferred the 330. Cracking car.
