What is the meaning of the statement "supervised learning is kind of solved"?

Do H gates (pay attention to the wiring in a circuit it just goes in a straight line from input to output) really exist or are they reductio ad absurdum from trying to math physics OR physics math (which is the same thing as just using a classical adder in your traditional circuits). The problem with doing that is essentially you are the only person in your respective timeline. If these gates are real just remember that schrodeingers cat got the answer for what state to be in from a future version of itself when building circuits. This essentially claims the cat never survived until infinity to send something back in time. What am I missing here?

Is this the end product of reverse engineering or of physics
