well am 50-50 with you, I agree that no one cares about your pr like the person who is applying, human error will show in some cases, but I still recommend going to immigration consultant to avoid any delays or mistakes that will make your life harder, although you as an immigrant have to do good research about which immigration firm your choosing .. from my experience its only cost 1300 Canadian dollars only .. I went with akcanada and I highly recommend them

Hey I like your content. By the way, I saw a caption in one of your video pictures on your channel page, but it doesn’t actually get to be 40 degrees. That’s an exaggeration. This is Canada not Las Vegas or any places in the middle of the desert. It can get warm in our summer in Toronto of course don’t get me wrong, but not up to 40. Maximum I’d say is approximately around 30ish.

I was applied a visitor visa but the officer refused my application because of 1. You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
