If you’ve decided to apply for Canada PR under the Express Entry Program, then you just need to follow an 8-step-
1. Find your Occupation in the NOC List (National Occupation Classification)
First, you need to check that is your work experience is listed in any occupation as classified in the NOC list or not. NOC list has various skills types such as A, O or B. So, you can have a look that which occupation best suits your work experience.
2. Get Your ECA Done via WES (World Education Services)
ECA stands for Educational Credential Assessment, that states that whether your education that you’ve done in years, matches the Canadian educational standards or not.
3. Appear for the Language Proficiency Test
To apply under the Express Entry Programs, you need to pass the language proficiency test (IELTS for English and TEF for French).
4. Determine Your Eligibility under Express Entry
Under Express Entry, there are three programs namely, Federal Skilled Workers Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program and Canadian Experience Class. Just make sure that you meet the 67-point criteria if you want to apply under any of the three.
