shouldn't the parity bits start from right to left? so the answer would be 1001011 ?

Mam I have confusion when we write any number, we start writting into right to left but you can't write .it's exactly opposite.
According to the math rules
Values of D7=1, D6=0, D5=1 and D3=0 is it right or false. Please replay
