This apartment is VERY decent.

1.The entrance is bright and airy. With decent shoe storage; that could also be utilized for other purposes.
2.The kitchen is large for an apartment of this size. The available storage is good.
3.The bathroom and accompanying lavatory is of a good standard. Most importantly, toilet paper
4.The living room, indeed the entire apartment, is light and seems to be rather large. This is aided by the white colour theme throughout.
5.The fact the main living area can be divided is wonderful. You can actually have two different rooms!
6.The balcony is fantastic. You could put a few plants out there. Plus the view is alright.

A bit expensive, yet the monthly rent is more than justified! Dear Usui-san, you have uploaded a rather fine apartment for us today!

Yep, this is definitely an upgrade from "micro" to "small apartment". This one looks positively palatial compared to the others. There's definitely enough space here for a couple to live together.

I like it... the shoe closet has an umbrella storage with a drip pan. Balcony is technically a balcony.... small... But nice to have. I like the layout.

seems to me the micro apartments are more suited to students, and the small apartments are more suited to single adults after graduation. Especially those who want to travel, not having to worried about property while their gone.

I would put tiny LED lights on the ceiling of the balcony. It has good light, in spite of no view and it being an overcast day. Love your tiny appartment tours.

I like the built in emergency ladder (as opposed to the space consuming bricks they put in some of the others). Even though the balcony is small it's nice to have. You can just sit outside and have some fresh air even without a view. Now I like the apartment, but $1, 000 is a little too rich for my blood unless you have a high paying job a walk away. I like that it's in a nice location, but you can't really go on a shopping spree because there is no place to put anything. It's definitely livable. Pretty neat place.

This apartment has a nice flow to the space and enough storage for you to be able to live comfortably. The balcony is good for plants especially herbs. It's a 9 out of 10. Thank you for showing us. Stay healthy, happy and safe always 😊

Nice apartment- 1st one we’ve seen that could probably fit a double bed therefore big enough for a couple. A lovely kitchen and storage too! Balcony is very small but at least it’s something and you could make it pretty with plants to hide some of the concrete ☺️

Nice to have a bit more space and storage, plus a kitchen you can actually work in. Balcony view isn't great but at least you can grow plants there!

I envy you your transportation systems, wish we had trains like that here. What a nice apartment, it doesn’t lack for much, except a better view from the balcony. Rent is high but you get a lot for the price. Very nice!

I love the amount of space in the kitchen area! Since I like to cook fresh meal, this apartment would be nice. The balcony is a bit 'meh', but better than no balcony.

From the thumbnail, I really like this one. But, I am betting the price is higher. Time to watch and see.
So, the price seems rather fair to me. The alcoves are a bit awkward, but organizers would solve that.
I would put a daybed and a covered closet in the back space as I did not see any hanging rods. Where the TV stand was put, I would put a tall, swing lamp. Then turn the couch around.
It's definitely my all-time favourite for price and space.
