Arrest warrant issued for Russian President Vladimir Putin

The International Criminal Court has issued an arrest warrant for the Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The court has accused him of war crimes - including the unlawful deportation of children from Ukraine to Russia.

Moscow says the decision has "no significance whatsoever", with Ukrainian authorities calling it "just the beginning".
