Really wish that they'd stuck with the pixel style of the original game. The character designs in this one make me feel like I'm back in elementary school playing an educational CD-ROM game

I cant believe people hate this game, I got it 2 days ago and I was addicted... I finished it today, one of the best games I played, its a true roguelite to me, the story falls a little short but to me thats fun

Odd, this thing was in EA for a long time so I was kinda expecting more given the first game was very popular so they had a solid base to build on.

The obligatory campaing explorations can be ruthless, specially the 3rd one. But if you really pay attention you can win them by an hair or at least go back to paris without losing too much. Also, be ready to lose companions and win new ones all the time.

This game needs a lot more of clarification in their objectives, its out of early access but not really....

Is a fantastic game, maybe isn't for all the gamers in the world but is really fun to play.

Sadly, this one looks worse than the first installment. Curious Expedition 1 was mostly a good time for me, tho.

Based on this review im not sure 20 is a good price for it. I dont like the idea of random dice throws affecting my adventure. Not when it has permanent consequences. Permadeath is fine, fire emblem does it well, but you know that it was your fault when it happens and not snake eyes.

Let's be real. If characters of each civilization you visit had more background ppl would get real bored because ppl hate reading about human story and have the attention span of a paper origami.

The graphic looks really dull.
Now i was about to ignore this since it's a small game but then i remembered that some of the best looking 2d games ever made are indie games developed by small studios or even just 1 person so that's not an excuse anymore.
