I think SC has been taking it easy on bengal gov.
There are some crutial ques
1. If the accused is repeated offender, how is he a civic volunteer
2. Why was the crime scene not secure, before the vandalism there was renovation going on
3. Why was the body cremated, what if there were some critical evidences. Did anyone try to explain to the parents that she should not be cremated.
4. How can kolkata police arrest people or threat people on social media for spreading news, when Kolkata gov. Is doing the same
5. Can it be done by one man alone ?

Why only doctors? Women tech engineers, teachers, professors, NGO workers and daily wage laborers all need same level of protection.

Bring Mamta Banerjee at the court and ask those question directly to her why someone would represent her to give the answer

The real culprits have already escaped and must be having a drink while some scapegoats are arrested who will be hailed as great TMC workers. Thuff. Keep voting for Mamata

You’re discussing general safety for future doctors, which is important. However, what happened is a horrific murder. If we don’t identify and hold those responsible accountable, it sends a message that people can abuse their power without consequences. If that happens, incidents like this will continue to occur.

Everyone is corrupt. From the lowest to the highest in India. Unless the justice system is amended in such a way that every cog in this corrupt wheel are severely punished, there is absolutely no hope of getting any justice for any innocent victim in India. There seems to be no fear for the law by anyone.

There's no protection to doctor's in our country. It's very sad, because government on one hand says beti padavo and beti bachavo (Girl's should be educated and protect the girl's life) Now where is the government gone, what's it is doing
