The last Bird i think resembles Toriyama because his Studio is called Bird Studio. Also "Tori" in japanese means "bird" and "yama" in japanese means "mountain".

This ending reminded me a lot of memories from original Dragon Ball. Toriyama and his modern style were able to bring fans back to that time of adventure and fun. I love the last part of this ending, paying respects to Toriyama. The man made my childhood. I loved DBZ growing up, and it breaks my heart knowing the man behind it is gone now.
