Great course, learning a lot. But some things not clear to me. Independent events are different from disjoint events. From this thought that id does not make sense to plot independent events in the same ven-diagram. But in the second example he plots A and B as independent sets that have an intersection the diagram. Then C-occurs and it makes A and B dependent! I cant wrap my head around this. Should independent events not be drawn in separate diagrams? Would be great if someone could clarify this a bit more.

Conditional independent felt meaningless. Drawing it out really helped.

Does this imply fully dependent events are same as mutually exclusive events?
