I used it before on a stomach tattoo and the cream worked perfect but today I got a big piece on my ribs and used the cream and it didn't work not even a little I felt every bit of it im really disappointed

I’ve ordered 150$ worth of numbing cream on June 12th, supposedly it got lost in transition, supposedly then they were gunna talk to their manager about getting my refund & SUPPOSEDLY they were going to resend me a package ...
