I've gotten a fair amount of tattoos and ive never used numbing cream and at this point I'm uncomfortable with the thought of it. The devil I know is no numbing so that's what i stick with.

Numbing cream is ridiculous. You have to keep adding it on throughout the tattoo, which is wasting time because you have to wait for the skim to get numb again so you can start tattooing so instead of a one hour tattoo, it will be four hours.

You don't need numbing cream for arms or any other part. I just got done doing the back of my neck and side neck. Also, the head part. I tried numbing cream, and it didn't work.
